From Allplan to CINEMA 4D

With the help of an Allplan 2004 example scene, we would like to give you a brief overview of what can be done with this powerful software combination.

First, the scene is exported from Allplan to CINEMA 4D - lights, cameras, colors and more are included in the exported file.

Thanks to its new import and export features, Allplan 2004 boasts improved support for the design and planning processes. For example, not only is the planning data transferred, but also the project structure and the materials that have been assigned.

In CINEMA 4D you then have a wealth of tools that make it easy to transform an object with basic coloring into a convincing visulaization. Each object or element in your project is fully editable in CINEMA 4D as a separate object.

Suppose you have transferred the object from Allplan to CINEMA 4D and have added finishing touches in CINEMA 4D. What if you want to go back to Allplan to make changes to the design? An intelligent update function makes this possible. You can go back to Allplan at any time to make changes and then update the scene begun in CINEMA 4D, without losing the work already completed.
