Channel Sales Associate APAC (m/f/d)

  • Location: Shibuya-ku Tokyo, Japan

What you will do:

  • Assist in the onboarding process for new partners, helping them understand the company's products, services, and partner program
  • Collate, update and provide training materials and resources to ensure partners are knowledgeable about the company's offerings
  • Organize and conduct the necessary training either with individual partner or via webinar for a group of partners
  • Assist partners in providing monthly sales performance report, quarterly renewals reports, pricing information and handling partner sales queries
  • Offer support during the sales process, including creating sales presentations and organizing product demonstrations
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure partners have access to marketing materials, co-branded assets, and promotional campaigns and for strategic events participations
  • Compile proof of execution to support MDF claims
  • Assist in partner deal registration and provide weekly tracking deal status
  • Assist to organize Monthly and Quarterly business review meetings
  • Ensure that partners adhere to contractual agreements, pricing policies, and branding guidelines
  • Quarterly audit of partner websites and report status using the Metrics provided
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure that partner’s issues are resolved
  • Assist in the development of and maintain partner training materials to ensure information is current
  • Manage MDF application and tracking process
  • Ensure partners submit on a timely manner, post event/marketing activity proof of execution with required supporting materials before processing MDF payout

What we are looking for:

  • A minimum 3 years of working experience in a channel sales operations or partner management role, with experience in SaaS industry
  • Excellent hands-on Excel and/Power BI skills a must
  • Good MS Office skills including PowerPoint creations
  • Good analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English and Chinese is mandatory. Good communication skills in Japanese is desirable. Other language knowledge is a plus
