• Collaborating with Salesforce Leadership and other Stakeholders to validate business requirements and considerations
• Work closely with technical leads, solution architects, and other development staff to accomplish Salesforce project deliverables
• Work with Salesforce.com administration, end user security, problem solving, triage, and troubleshooting complex Salesforce implementation
• Develop strong understanding of the existing Salesforce implementations, integrations, ongoing projects, and the overall product roadmap
• Develop custom reusable Lightning components using LWC framework and develop backend logic using Apex (classes/controllers/triggers), SOQL, platform apps, custom apps, design app data models, interfaces, and security
• Integrations: Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization
• Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write / maintain test classes for all custom development
• Perform basic integration and smoke testing in development and stage Environments before deploying an application to QA and Production environment

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with Apex and Salesforce Sales Cloud Development and more than 7 years of experience in CRM
• A proactive attitude to Salesforce enhancements and bringing existing code into best practices
• Must have strong attention to detail when communicating with end users (verbal & written)
• Strong attention to data quality and accuracy
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Strong preference will be given to applicants who have the following certifications: Salesforce Developer I, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer II 
• Nice to have experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
