Cinema 4D R21.1 Service Release Now Available Highlights Include Nodal API Developments and Offline Help.
Maxon is pleased to announce the first service pack for Cinema 4D Release 21. This release includes updates to support Redshift materials within the Node Material system introduced in Cinema 4D Release 20. By popular demand, the option to view context-sensitive help both offline and within a Cinema 4D window has been re-enabled in R21.1, and offline help files are immediately available for download.
Additionally, our development team has fine-tuned R21 and added fixes to reported issues to maintain Cinema 4D's reputation as the most stable and reliable 3D tool on the market. You can look up the full list here.
Please note: If you are working in an environment where Cinema 4D licenses are managed by the Maxon Multi License Server (MLS), please make sure to have MLS version R21.100 installed. It can be downloaded from the Maxon website. Please make sure to have the latest MLS installed before updating to Cinema 4D R21.1 to avoid any workflow issues or interruptions. In case you don't know which version of MLS your company is using or don't have the permissions to install a new MLS version on your systems please contact your system administrator before updating!
