Renewal Manager, EMEA (m/f/d)

What you will do:

As a Renewal Manager within the EMEA sales organization, you will be responsible for managing renewals for SMB customers across an assigned region. You will be accountable for retention, cross-sell, and upsell goals, carrying an individual sales quota.  

  • Execute the renewal process to ensure ARR is retained or expanded. 
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas, driving renewals and expansion through cross- and upselling. 
  • Clearly understand customer needs and craft tailored value propositions based on Maxon’s offerings. 
  • Plan and prioritize sales activities, including proactive prospecting of renewing accounts, targeted campaigns, and qualifying marketing leads to meet business objectives. Ensure timely closure of renewals. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to provide exceptional customer experiences, building trust and credibility both internally and externally. 
  • Act as the primary point of contact at Maxon for assigned customers. 
  • Monitor and report on market and competitor trends, providing relevant feedback. 

What we are looking for:

  • 2-5 years of successful B2B customer service, customer support, renewals, or business development experience across EMEA, ideally in SaaS or IT companies. 
  • Customer-centric and results-oriented approach, demonstrating a willingness to go the extra mile. 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to be a team player. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills. 
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent relevant experience. 
  • Fluent in both written and verbal German and English. Proficiency in French, Spanish, Dutch, Swedish, or Finnish is a strong plus.
