STAR WARS CLARISSO®-vision. Reality in Glass

STAR WARS®: Episode III- Revenge of the Sith® will this week reveal all remaining secrets of the STAR WARS® saga. CLARISSO®-vision, Contento's new exclusive line, had its own premier as well:

Wertheim, Germany-based Stiefelmayer-Contento is the officially licensed supplier of STAR WARS® 3D laser engraved glass-crystal, exclusive in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands, and is proud to announce the debut of a one-of-a-kind product: CLARISSO®-vision, with numerous characters from the STAR WARS® series.

Thanks to Cinema 4D the highly detailed characters could be easily modeled and subsequently exported to a software especially developed by Stiefelmayer-Contento for this project. Models created in Cinema 4D were able to be transferred faultlessly and fabricated to exact specifications. Hundreds of thousands of microscopic pixels are used to create CLARISSO®-vision's one-of-a-kind glass crystals.

We can concentrate fully on the artistic task at hand while at the same time creating highly accurate models that then can be exported to our in-house software. Among the selected characters that will be lasered into glass are Darth Vader, Imperator, Palpatine, Master Yoda, R2-D2, Han Solo, Chewbacca & Co. They are sure to become coveted CLARISSO®-vision collectors items.
